Return & Exchange Policy

At Mountain Khakis, we want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If you are not satisfied for any reason, our merchandise can be returned or exchanged within 90 days of receiving your order. Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and all original tags must be included.

All returns and exchanges must be made through our online return portal.

How To Initiate a Return or Exchange

• To initiate a return or exchange, visit our online return portal and either enter your order number or the email address associated with your order.
• Select which items from your order you wish to return and then indicate whether you want to return or exchange the item(s).
• If exchanging, indicate the new size you'd like to exchange for.
• Print the return shipping label and packing slip. 
• Package your item(s) and drop the package off at a UPS facility.
• You will be notified when your item(s) are received. If applicable, we will process a refund to your original form of payment within 3 to 5 business days.
• If exchanging, your new item(s) will be shipped within 48 hours of completing the online exchange process.
